Evaluation of Impact of the Regional Community Forestry Training Centre of Asia and the Pacific (RECOFTC) implementation in Asia and the Pacific region – recently finalised

The Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok through the Development Cooperation Section contributes to facilitating participation, dialogue and conflict resolution of forest users in forest management through its support of the Regional Community Forestry Training Centre for Asia and the Pacific (RECOFTC).

The main objective of this evaluation is to assess the impact of RECOFTC implementation in the forest sector in the Asia and Pacific region, as well as the extent to which RECOFTC has achieved its mission and vision. In addition, this evaluation formulates recommendations on how RECOFTC can improve and adjust its operation and/or implementation in the short-, medium- and long term.
