Theory of Change (ToC) is a specific approach and methodology used in planning, participation, and evaluation within development practices.
Theory of Change provide an opportunity to look closer at the assumptions behind what drives change for a given implementing organisation or donor. It also focuses on the specific role of the development actor in contributing to the desired change.
