Development of Theory of Change and Regional Strategy Document – Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation, Western Balkans Region

Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation is a Swedish organisation focusing on supporting women affected by war and conflict to increase women’s power and influence. Tana Copenhagen has been assigned to support Kvinna till Kvinna in developing its new Regional Strategy for the Western Balkans covering period 2021-2025. The purpose of the new strategy is to serve as a guiding document internally and externally about Kvinna till Kvinna’s strategic priorities in its work in the Western Balkans as a region, and in the specific country contexts of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia. A shorter section on Albania and Montenegro will also be included, explaining how these countries fit into the regional work.
