The total budget for the 4-year programme amounts to approx. 42 million Euros. The RDPP addresses the Syrian refugee crisis by combining humanitarian and developmental approaches in its programming. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide an evidence-base for the upcoming preparation for the next phase of the RDPP, by focusing specifically on

1) documenting programmatic outcomes and assessing synergies

2) demonstrating added value of RDPP against other initiatives

3) documenting lessons learnt

Tana provided the 4 member evaluation consisting of a Team Leader, 2 experts in the humanitarian-development nexus and 1 evaluation expert.  Tana also provided a QA with extensive experience with humanitarian evaluations.
