Mid-Term Evaluation of the Strengthening Women’s Advocacy for Inclusive Governance (SWAG) Campaign in Zimbabwe

Tana together with FCG Sweden undertook a mid-term evaluation aimed to provide inputs for improving conditions for achieving the expected results of the SWAG campaign. The evaluation promoted learning within WCoZ and its partners, including Sida, with regard to methods for enhancing women’s participation in decision-making, which fed into the next phase of the campaign.

The SWAG campaign aims at increasing women’s participation in governance and electoral processes at local and national level in Zimbabwe. Starting in 2017, the campaign involves a coordinated effort of women’s rights organisations, individual activists, and women in mainstream NGOs, faith-based networks, private sector, political parties, etc.
