Review of ISS Reports

Tana Copenhagen in collaboration with FCG Sweden is undertaking an assignment for the Swedish International Development Agency in reviewing ISS reports.

ISS or the Institute for Security Studies is one of the think tanks receiving support from Sweden under the Sub-Saharan Africa Regional strategy, specifically under objective area four – human security and freedom from violence. The current core support to the ISS aims to contribute towards the capacity building of regional and continental actors working on peace and security.  The objectives of this assignment is twofold: (1) to help the Regional Programme coordinated from the Swedish Embassy in Addis to assess the progress of intervention so far and to learn from what works well and less well; and (2) to provide Sida and its partner with an input to upcoming discussions concerning the new phase of intervention by ISS.
