Anne Elisabeth Kobæk is a senior consultant, with more than 20 years of practical and strategic experience with design and implementation of development and humanitarian programmes in local and international partnerships.
She has extensive experience working with government entities, local actors and international partners in the Horn of Africa, East/Southern Africa, South Asia, MENA, and Eastern Neighbourhood countries.
She is experienced in programme formulation, assessing proposals, conducting evaluations, reviews and analysis in various fields including human rights, democracy with special attention to inclusion of human rights-based approach, gender equality and civil society engagement.
Anne holds a Master’s in International Health from Copenhagen University and a MSc. International Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School.
