Capacity Building for Peacebuilding Civil Society Organisations
Since 1998, the EU has been actively supporting civil society initiatives in the Middle East. Initially such support was provided through the European Union’s People to People (P2P) Programme (1998 – 2001) and subsequently from 2002 to the present, through its successor, the EU Partnership for Peace Programme (PfP), renamed the “EU Peacebuilding Initiative” (EUPI) in 2015.
Tana Copenhagen in collaboration with Particip will conduct a series of capacity building training aiming to support the EU in its efforts to build and/or improve technical, managerial and outreach capacities of the CSOs grant beneficiaries under the EUPI and other CSOs active in peace-building sector.
